Demolition of 773 Techwood Drive
Interior demolition and exterior demolition of 777 Techwood Drive down to the steel frame and slabs
Expansion of 777 Techwood Drive across site
Entirely new facade on the enlarged 777 Techwood Drive
All residential quarters moved to the second and third floor rooms
All new residential kitchens, study rooms, and laundry rooms provided on the second and third floors

All new restrooms on the second and third floor
Second floor balcony that meets safety requirements
Dedicated formal living room and chapter room
Expanded kitchen, serving areas, and dining areas
Updated electrical, telecommunications, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems
Updated exterior landscaping
Three-story elevator and other ADA compliance measures
